MAQUINAS 2K15

Rules and guidelines:

• Any mechanical topic can be choosen.

• Maximum of two authors per paper.

• Each team can present their paper for 7 min followed by a 3 min query session.

• Paper must be sent only in IEEE format.

• The abstract and paper must be sent to maquinas2k15@gmail.com along with the name, institution and other details of both the participants.

• Last date for submission of papers is August 12, 2015.

• Selected papers will be intimated through e-mail by August 13, 2015.

• Selected students must bring two hard copies and one soft copy for the symposium.

• The soft copy must be sent in either .pdf , .docx or .doc format.

• Presentation should be in .ppt format, not exceeding 15 slides.

• Judges' decision will be final.

• Online registration is mandatory.
